We engrave on a wide range of materials including wood, acrylic, stainless steel, coated tumblers, glass, leather, ceramic, and metal. If you're not sure whether your item can be engraved, send us a photo or description and we'll tell you right away. We also accept customer-supplied items — just ask before shipping anything.
Yes. If you provide a clean logo file, we can replicate it accurately. Vector files (.AI, .EPS, .SVG) give the sharpest results, but high-resolution .PNG or .PDF files work well too. Pricing depends on the item, material, design complexity, and quantity. Individual gifts typically range from $25–$150. Bulk and corporate orders are priced by quantity — the more you order, the better the per-unit price. Text us with what you have in mind and we'll give you a real quote, usually within a few hours.
There is no minimum for individual or gift orders — we happily make single pieces. For bulk and corporate orders, we offer volume pricing starting at 10 units. Some specialty items may have a small minimum due to setup time, which we'll always discuss upfront.

Simple customizations — your text, a name, or a logo you provide — typically don't carry a design fee. More complex original artwork may include a modest design fee, which we'll discuss upfront before any charges are applied.
