Once the template is approved, we engrave the full team order — every piece personalized, quality-checked, and organized by player name. For large orders, we build in extra review time to catch any errors before completion.

Yes — we ship team orders anywhere in the country. We've shipped full award sets to Pandora Gilboa High School in Ohio and other out-of-state programs. Everything is packed by player and organized so coaches can distribute quickly. Shipping cost is included in the team order quote.
For team orders of 15+ pieces, we recommend reaching out 2–3 weeks before you need the items. This gives time for roster submission, template design and approval, production, and shipping or pickup. Smaller team orders (under 15 pieces) can often move faster. Rush options are available for smaller sets when our schedule allows — contact us early to discuss.
For player plaques and recognition awards, we typically use Baltic birch or walnut-finish wood — it photographs well, engraves crisply, and holds up over time. Acrylic is available for a more modern look. Tumblers and drinkware (powder-coated metal) are popular for individual player gifts that get used daily. We'll make material recommendations based on your budget and aesthetic when you reach out.
