I'm Veronica Ramirez, and I run Palm Coast Customs out of my home studio in Estero, Florida. Every order I take gets engraved on my Thunder Nova 51 — a professional-grade CO2 laser with a 51-inch bed. That bed size matters: I can run a set of 20 matching tumblers or a full layout of award plaques in a single pass, which means consistent results across every piece in the batch.

Every order starts with a digital proof. You see exactly what the engraving will look like before anything goes to the machine. Once you approve the design, I run the job and ship it — or you can pick it up locally in Estero.

The Process — From Order to Delivery

Every job at Palm Coast Customs follows the same four steps. First, you reach out with the details — what you want, how many, any text or logo, and your timeline. Second, I build a digital proof and send it for your review. Third, you approve it (or we refine it — adjustments are included). Fourth, I engrave and ship, usually within three to five business days of proof approval depending on the order size.

For bulk B2B orders, I keep communication tight throughout the run. You'll hear from me when the job starts and when it ships. No surprises on either end.
