Laser engraved promotional products that people actually keep — branded tumblers, leather keychains, wood signs, and custom pieces with your logo engraved permanently. Made to order in Estero, Florida for Southwest Florida businesses. Bulk orders welcome.
Most promotional products end up in a drawer or a trash can. A laser engraved tumbler with your logo goes on someone's desk at work and stays there for years. An engraved leather keychain is on their keys every single day — your brand in their hands at the gas station, in the parking lot, at the office. I make engraved promotional products to order at Palm Coast Customs in Estero, Florida. Your logo, engraved permanently on products people want to use.
A 30oz or 40oz powder-coated YETI, Polar Camel, or Stanley tumbler with your logo engraved permanently into the finish. The promotional product that gets carried everywhere — to the job site, to the gym, to meetings. $20–$45/unit at volume. Every one carries your brand all day, every day.
Genuine leather keychains with your logo, company name, or a short branded phrase. Under $15/unit at volume. On their keys from the day they receive it. The promotional item that reaches into the most places — pockets, purses, car hooks, front doors.
3mm Baltic birch or Rowmark acrylic signs with your logo for client offices, retail displays, event booths, and branded décor. The kind of branded piece a client actually puts on the wall — not a flyer that goes in the recycling bin.
Wood or acrylic coasters engraved with a logo or custom design. A set on the conference room table. A branded piece for a hospitality client. Under $8/unit at volume for acrylic coasters, under $10 for wood.
Custom engraved leather patches for branded merchandise, team hats, and corporate apparel programs. Cut to shape and engraved with your logo or design. Velcro-back or sew-on. Popular for companies outfitting their teams in custom gear.
A branded welcome kit for new clients or new hires — tumbler, keychain, and coaster in a cohesive set, all engraved with your logo. Feels premium. Costs less than you think. The kind of first impression that gets photographed and shared.

SVG is ideal — clean vector lines produce the sharpest engraving results. High-resolution PNG (300+ DPI) also works well. Send whatever you have and we'll let you know immediately if it works or if we need a cleaner version.
5–7 business days for most bulk orders after proof approval. Larger orders (100+) may take 10–14 business days depending on the product. Rush service is sometimes available — text us your deadline and we'll confirm feasibility upfront.
Names, if you have to choose. A logo makes an item company property; the recipient's own name makes it theirs, and that is the biggest single factor in whether a promotional item gets kept rather than left in a drawer. Individual names add a few dollars per piece because each name is its own setup. The most popular layout puts the logo on one side and the name on the other.
No — engraving produces one tone. The laser removes the coating and exposes the metal underneath, which is typically a bright white-silver. There is no way to engrave a piece in your brand color. What you can control is the blank color, so your brand color becomes the field and the engraving is the mark. If exact color matching is essential, UV printing is the right process and we will tell you so.
At several hundred identical units, no — their model is built for that volume and we would not pretend otherwise. Between roughly ten and a hundred and fifty pieces, particularly with individual names, the gap narrows or closes once setup charges, shipping, and variable-data surcharges are counted. Tell us your quantity and we will tell you honestly if a national supplier is the better fit.
Yes — this is actually the majority of what we do. Several Southwest Florida businesses place regular orders with us. Once your logo and preferences are on file, reordering is fast and simple.
The item matters less than three decisions most businesses make by accident.
This is the single biggest factor in whether a promotional item gets kept. A logo makes an object company property. The recipient's own name makes it theirs. At engraving volumes, individual names cost a few dollars more per piece and change retention dramatically. If your budget forces a choice between a premium item with no name and a standard item with a name, choose the name.
Cost per unit is the wrong number to optimize. The number that matters is cost per item actually kept. Two hundred cheap items where thirty survive buys you thirty impressions. Forty good items where thirty-eight survive buys you thirty-eight, for a similar total. Ordering more than you need at a lower unit price is not a saving when most of it sits in a closet.
The larger the branding, the lower the retention. A subtle engraved mark on a well-made object gets used in public. A large logo across the front reads as a uniform and gets left at a desk. Restraint here is not modesty — it is what determines whether your brand actually travels.
A field crew working outdoors in Southwest Florida uses insulated drinkware every working day. An office team uses desk pieces. A professional whose clients sign documents uses a good pen. Choosing the item for the recipient's actual day beats choosing whatever fits a per-head number.
We engrave, so weigh this accordingly — but the difference is real and worth understanding before you order.
On a powder-coated tumbler, the laser burns through the coating to expose the stainless steel underneath. The mark is cut into the object, not added to it. Nothing was layered on, so nothing can peel, chip, fade, or wash off. A piece engraved five years ago looks the same as one engraved last week.
UV printing cures ink onto the surface. Modern UV printing is durable, but it remains a layer sitting on top of the object, and dishwashers, abrasion, and time all work against it. Most printed drinkware carries a hand-wash recommendation that most recipients will not follow.
Colour. Engraving produces one tone — whatever sits under the coating, usually a bright white-silver. There are no gradients and no exact brand-colour matching. If your logo is multi-colour, photographic, or depends on a precise colour match, printing is the correct process and we will tell you so.
Engrave the pieces going to employees and key clients, where the item needs to last years. Print the high-volume single-event handouts where visual impact matters more than lifespan. Different jobs, different tools — and plenty of businesses do both.
Artwork causes more delays on business orders than production ever does. It is also the easiest thing to get right.
An .ai, .eps, .svg, or vector .pdf engraves cleanly at any size, because the file describes your logo as mathematical curves rather than pixels. If your designer, sign company, web developer, or embroidery vendor produced anything for you, one of them has this file.
A large, bold, simple logo in a high-resolution JPG often traces well enough to engrave beautifully. A detailed logo, fine tagline text, or a small file pulled off a website usually needs rebuilding first. Send whatever you have and we will tell you which situation you are in, usually within the hour.
Most businesses have a full logo lockup and a simplified icon or wordmark. The simplified version is almost always the better engraving. Full lockups are designed for letterheads, and compressed onto a curved surface with no colour they start competing with themselves. Send both and we will recommend one.
Text below roughly 8pt at final size fills in. Hairline strokes can disappear entirely against a coating. Gradients and drop shadows have no equivalent, because every point is either engraved or it is not. If your logo has these, we will show you the alternative before anything is produced.
After a job is finished we keep your production-ready artwork, the exact layout and sizing, the blank specification and colour, and the machine settings that produced a clean mark on that specific coating. That last item matters more than it sounds — every coating behaves differently under the laser, and once it is dialled in for your product, that work is done permanently.
A reorder skips artwork review, skips vector cleanup, skips the proof cycle, and skips setup. What remains is stock and production. "Same as last time, twenty-five more, six new names attached" is genuinely the whole conversation.
If you expect to reorder, say so on the first job. We will record the exact blank and supplier rather than just the product type, note the colour code, and build any name layout as a template so additions drop straight in. It costs nothing — it just needs knowing it is worth doing.
For businesses that gift on a schedule, this becomes a standing arrangement: a batch of blanks carrying your mark only, held ready, with individual names added as new hires start or clients close. You get volume economics on the blanks and same-week personalisation on each piece.
