Most orders are completed within 5–7 business days after you approve the design proof. Rush turnaround (2 business days) is available for an additional fee when our schedule allows — just ask when you reach out.

Yes — we ship tumblers and drinkware nationwide. Orders are packed carefully to arrive in perfect condition. Shipping cost depends on your location and order size; we'll include it in your quote.
Laser engraving is permanent — it physically removes material from the surface, so it can't wash off. That said, we always recommend hand-washing insulated tumblers to protect the vacuum seal, regardless of engraving.
