Every order starts with a digital design proof. Send me your logo (high-res PNG or SVG), the product type, quantity, and any personalization details (a list of client names, for example). I send back a digital proof showing exactly how the engraving will look on the piece. You approve it and production begins.
For salons doing name-personalized gifts for a list of clients, I engrave each name individually — the file stays the same, the name changes per piece. Send me the list, I handle the rest.
Turnaround: 5–7 business days for standard orders. For holiday orders, I recommend placing by mid-November — December is peak season and production fills quickly.
