Every groom has given or received the same groomsmen gift: an engraved flask that spends its life in a drawer after the rehearsal dinner. It's not that the flask is bad — it's that it's so expected it barely registers. If you want your guys to actually remember the gift, give them something they'll use every day.
Here's what I engrave most for groomsmen, and what makes each option work.
Engraved Tumblers: The Daily-Use Standard
A 20oz or 30oz stainless steel tumbler with each groomsman's name engraved directly into the powder coat is the most practical gift I make for wedding parties. He puts it in the cupholder every morning. He takes it to the gym, the job site, the office. Every single day, his name is on it.
I engrave on my Thunder Nova 51, which produces a clean, permanent mark directly in the powder coat finish — not a vinyl decal that eventually peels off. The results hold up to dishwashers and years of daily use.
For a coordinated set, I match the font and placement across all pieces and customize only the name. The set reads as intentional without looking like a corporate gift bag.
Whiskey Glasses and Decanters: The Occasion-Use Option
If your groomsmen are whiskey drinkers, a set of engraved rocks glasses with each man's name — or a matching decanter with the wedding date and a short phrase — is a gift that earns a permanent spot at the bar cart. It gets pulled out when company comes over, and the engraving on the glass tells the story of where it came from.
A decanter engraved with "The Morrison Bar — Established June 2025" or a man's name and a coordinates set looks like something from a boutique shop. It's the kind of piece where people ask, "Where'd you get that?" That question is the point.
Personalized Pint Glasses and Beer Mugs
For more casual groomsmen, or for a groom who wants to match the gift to the person rather than give everyone the same thing — custom pint glasses are a strong choice. A glass engraved with his nickname, his favorite beer style, or a running joke between you reads as genuinely personal rather than gift-guide generic.
Matching the Gift to the Man
The best groomsmen gifts aren't identical — they're cohesive but personalized. If one guy is a coffee drinker and another is a whiskey person, giving everyone a whiskey glass because that's the "groomsmen gift" signals that you picked something for the category rather than for them.
I can produce different item types in a single order — four tumblers and two sets of rocks glasses, for example — all in a matching design language, sized appropriately for each piece. The design unifies the set; the product choice fits the individual.
Timeline and Ordering
For a full groomsmen set, order at least 2–3 weeks before you need them. I send a design proof before anything is produced — you'll see exactly how each piece looks before I engrave anything. Production takes 3–5 business days after approval.
I'm based in Estero, Florida. Local pickup is available if you're in SWFL — otherwise I ship anywhere in the US.
Reach out here or DM me on Instagram with how many pieces, what items, names or dates, and your wedding timeline. I'll take it from there.
What to Include in Your Order Request
The more detail you give upfront, the faster I can turn a proof around. For groomsmen gifts, I need:
- Number of pieces — how many groomsmen (plus the groom, if applicable)
- Item type — tumbler, rocks glasses, pint glasses, or mixed
- Names — exactly as you want them engraved, including any middle initials or titles ("Esquire," "Coach," a nickname)
- Any shared text — wedding date, a phrase the group uses, the groom's initials for a monogram set
- Your deadline — specifically the rehearsal dinner date, not just the wedding date, since that's usually when gifts are given
If you're doing a mixed set (some tumblers, some glasses), tell me which person gets which. I'll label the proof clearly.

Coordinating with Bridesmaid Gifts
If you're also ordering bridesmaid gifts, I can coordinate both sets under one order — matching design language across the whole wedding party. Brides typically order bridesmaid tumblers or wine glasses to complement the groomsmen set. I'll send proofs for both together so you can confirm they look cohesive before anything is engraved.
